cutting template for C-Max dog-guard

I have re-posted this question in the hope that someone can help, as I still have had no useful assistance from Ford..

I recently bought a genuine Ford dog guard for our C-Max off e-bay. As the seller had assured me it was complete I purchased it, only to find it needs some retainers fitting in the roof liner. I now have these but to correctly fit them I need the template of where to cut the lining.
Ford say they can not get the template, or tell me who their supplier is.
Does anyone have either a copy of the template, or are willing to trace a template from their car if they have a guard fitted.
