Sharp braking on bumpy surfaces
When I brake sharply on a bumpy surface, I get a nasty grinding noise which can be felt in the brake pedal. Any idea why or if it's a problem? It's an 06 Seat Ibiza.

( check them out on a tarmaced smooth road in the dry and do it carefully. don't get rear ended or crash !! )
if it was the abs kicking in on a bumpy / rough surface the grinding noise could be the tyres skidding and regripping the road surface.
