Radio Code Renault

Hi, after changing the battery on my 02 plate laguna, the radio requires a code to activate.. does anyone know how to get these codes from the s/n?? I have tried the two numbers that have been written onto the top of the unit 7962 & 6596 with no joy :-( the model number of the unit is RENRDW100-10 and prod No:- FD0003300094122 8200247062TM889. Think the S/n is KG0G0629441851.
Some other numbers are:-
TOM889 & 0094122

Check your vehicle hanbook The radio code is normally written on the first few pages together with the key numbers etc.

Hi,
Looked at the handbook and there is a number in it but that doesn't work either! I got the car form Deeside motor auctions and the radio Manual is missing!!
I idon't have a spare key card either but i believe thes are really expensive to get hold of.
been driving the car for a week without tunes! :-(
can anyone sugest a aftermarket stereo which willwork with the steering wheel controls.
