this is a bit long, so plz be patient,.........my hamster who was being moody last time, has been acting even more strangely over the last few days.
Last week, i was having a hamster get- together with all my friends who own hamsters (i have about 2), and they'd brought their hamster's in cages and we sat about and had tea and cake while we left the hamsters together in their cages on the table nearby.................
One of my friend owns a female hamster, karla, while the other owns her brother, a male hamster (like mine) called bruce.
Anyway, i noticed my hamster, dopey, staring at bruce for a long time, completely snubbing karla the whole time (who has dull grey fur, buck teeth and not very attractive) and then started showing off to bruce, by juggling some peas (in his feeder) in his hands. bruce seemed freindly enough and clapped for him but i'm hoping this was just friendly hamster behavior, nothing more.................
But if it isnt, what do i do? i've been acting normal around dopey, so he doesnt suspect a thing, he's been practising his juggling (he's now using maltesers) ever since so i know he's excited about his next hamster get togehter :S
