Car is blowing cold air when I turn the heat on. The gauge says that the car is warm. Any ideas?

This is likely to be linked to your other question. If the water level has gone down in the rad, air is now in the mini-rad that provides the supply of heat to the vehicle cabin. Try topping it up.
maybe a water leak causing an air lock in the cooling system. or the heater control valve is seized or faulty.
what car is it ?.
it could be the heater control valve - more than likely if its a ford fiesta, puma or ka.
I agree with other posts - you may well have air trapped in the heater system from when you filled the water. Look under the bonnet for hoses going through into the cabin. Some cars have little valves in these hoses that take hot water from the engine to the heater. Fill the expansion tank, and raise it up, if it is a deatchable one. Then open up any little valves on the pipework to clear the air.
