I don't know if the waste of energy pun was intended, but that is exactly the problem.

ERR I Do'nt Think It Was Us !! We Had'nt Yet Come Into Being . Hence NO Car's , Plane's, No Oil . Why Do'es No One Throw That One At The Goverment ?
