If it is 46100 miles that is quite high for its age.
A quick look at Parkers could tell you if it is the right sort of price:

Not sure if this is the right price but I know some ex-motorbility cars have extremely low mileages. Is it a main dealer? Should be Ok if it is. Look at service history. Look at previous ownership (on the registration form) If not a main dealer who serviced it? They should be able to give you some info. Be wary if he is a bit cagey. That does not mean it is not a good buy but car dealers, like estate agents are trained to be positive.
what do you mean "for a customer"?
is the dealer selling it as a private sale?
if he is he is breaking trading standards law.
when you buy from a dealer you get a lot more protection ie chance to get problems sorted out after sale. if it is a private sale youre buying exactly what you see with no legal comeback whatsoever
i came accross a fealer once trying to do this kind of sale on me saying he was selling the car on behalf of a friend and could sell the car a lot cheaper by not putting it through the books..
buyer beware!!
