Water throught the garage door.
At our new home the detached garage is fitted with an 'up and over' door that goes right to the concrete floor. As there is no sill, when it rains, water gets under the door and can spoil things stored on the floor like garden furniture etc. Is there a flexible product that could go inside the garage door and stop the rain while allowing the car to pass over it without damage?

The bumper occasionally wears out, but can easily be replaced. It looks like this:

There are others that are epoxyed to the floor itself and one drives over them. The problem with that installation is that it is hard to sweep the floor to the outside and it doesn't let water that drips off a car (caused by rain or snow) to run out...

I had this problem also, I got around it by putting a 2 inch shuter accross the garage doorway, then puting a concrete cill behind it ,tapering it off at 45 degrees on the inside, thus overcoming the problem of sweeping out that clanad mentions, it also makes a good abuttment for the bottom of the door.
You could place a french drain in front of the garage area

we had to do something similar to our house when we moved in.
