My windscreen washers have packed up. The pump is working fine and the water is getting as far as the nozzles, but they appear blocked. I have tried needles, blowing, i`ve even had them on an airline. Can anyone explain what the electrical feed to the nozzles is for, and if this is faulty, could this cause them to 'appear blocked' ?Any advice would be much appreciated.

I have had nozzles block, . I tried needles, boiling them in a pot on the stove, but they would not clear. if you are getting pressure at the hose end, then you will have to replace the nozzles. the wire is probably a heater wire to defrost them when frozen or has a boy racer owned the car and fitted the blue illuminated washer nozzles?.or perhaps a bmw owner knows different?
Try 5 or 10 amp fuse wire that's thin and sturdy enough to poke in the nozzles thus unblocking them....
