template of a will so that it will be correct.

Also can I ask - somebody told me there - two relatives at the same address can sign my will - can the executor come from the same address.

they are mother and two sons actually - thanks

There are no restrictions regarding the address of the witnesses and the executor of your will.

You must not leave anything to a witness nor the spouse of a witness.

You can leave a bequest to the executor as long as he/she is not a witness.
spot on annie.

thanks for that but the question was half answered - I was looking for a will template???

You can purchase will kits from as little as 9 on eBay or at your local WH Smith, However it is an incredible bad idea, I run a will writing business and the number of people I see who have tried this and either failed an given up as it is complex or have made fundamental mistakes that means their will would either be invalid or delayed in probate is unreal.

Wills can be used for many things, such as appointing guardians for your children, nominate trust, protecting assets even reducing inheritance tax, these forms of will are complex, but even a simple will can be invalidated by just a small mistake.

I am bias but take my advice get your will professionally written, many will writing companies will even do very simply wills free of charge. I know this is a service we offer for local people.
