Breaking Problems

Hello i own a 2000 Honda Accord and when i break it doesnt feel comfortable at all the steering wheel shakes and the break pedel pushes down as normal then half way feels lose and really soft like its not working and also makes a crunching sound maybe low break fluid but i dont know.

Does anyone have an idea?

Air in the breaking system most likely, bleed the brakes but I fear the whole system is in need of attention:

shuddering most likely caused by warped discs

crunching sound may be pads worn down to the rivets. That will also knacker the discs but it sound like they are already knackered.
