Does anyone know about or own a copy of this book, written by an ex policeman who tells how to beat tickets and fines?

I received this link and it sounds fab but at 30 I would like to know if anyone has any knowledge of it.
Bad enough getting 'done' without being done again ha ha

I would suggest if you are unfortunate to be stopped by the police then you are apologetic and if you have a genuine reason for your transgression then state you case but always remain calm and polite.
There are several defences for different offences but if you are caught out telling porkies, then the police officer and court will, I am sure take a dim view.

Thanks shutts, I haven't committed any offences (at the moment) but this book is supposed to be more about appealing against parking tickets and speeding fines when caught on camera etc. and advising you of rights that you may not be aware of. I realise that this ex policeman is earning a profit from the book, thats fair enough but it sounds like his inside knowledge of how the 'forces that be' work are not necessarily foolproof and can be challenged. I wouldn't intend to drive around deliberately flouting the law or being dangerous. If there are technicalities, then I'd like to be aware of them, just in case. Knowledge being power eh!
