restricted vehicles

When vans are restricted to a speed they can reach some have stickers on but I cant remember what they say, can anyone help?

Doesnt it just say 'this vehicle is restricted to xx mph' ?

I've read some that say 56mph, some that say 71mph

So I don't think there's a set limit for it.
