My daughter is having driving lessons twice a week but she wants to do the intestive driving course..if thats right. Has anyone here done this and how did it it go? thanks.

Intensive courses do not tend to suit people starting to learn from scratch, indeed I know of many cases over the years of people not being allowed to go for test at the end of an expensive course because they were either deemed unsafe or unready. However, dependant on her achieved standard (is she ok on main roads, reasonably competent on all the manouevres) then one of these courses may suit her. Statistically, only about 48% pass the car Driving Test & only about 20% first time! Those figures have remained almost unchanged since the early 70s.
