Stuck CD

How do you remove a stuck cd from a 6 cd changer?

i think theres a small hole to the side of the cassette.
if its the cassette thats stuck, pushing a heavy guage needle into the hole will allow the lot to eject.
if there isnt a hole there, i havent got a clue !
