Flashed wilste not speeding?

i need some help,i have just been flashed by a speed camera about an hour ago it was a yellow fixed speed camera,i was doing 38 in a 40 zone so y on earth have i been flashed????i did change lanes at the at some point about 50-100m b4 i got flashed but i just dont understand y i have been flashed im confused and very angry,is this a normal occurance? the lines were on the road but there was a flash towards me before i even reached the lines,the camera seems 2 be before the lines, thanks for ur help

Be one step ahead, too many people leave things and pay for something that they have not commited. Many Years on H.G.Vs has taught me that. T.W.R.
obviously you are too dim to realise it but TWR is trying to arm you with eveidence that may help if you should come to court. You see if they do try and prosecute then you will have to plead not guilty and attempt to show that you where not speeding. Fortunately that's where the hatch marks on the road come in but I fear the explanation will be beyond you if you cannot grasp what TWR was trying to do.
Needless to say, Twenty 20 & Lab 1986 has not thought this through, Why do you not think about the Answer before putting in you answers, When you get done for Speeding they calculate your speed from Lamp post to lamp post or simular, If the person asking the Question left work at a given time, his speed would have been calculated to the Camera, How do I know, Ex HGV & have been there, I proved they were wrong.
