I have a 2007 ZX6R and it has a realy bad flat spot untill about 8-10 thou rves i took it to santapod a few weeks ago and got beaten by all the other 600 by quite a lot and it wasn't my rideing because i swaped bikes with a couple of the other people and they had the same problem on my bike i've put a new end can on since and that has helped a little bit but not much what else can i do

change the plugs, wipe around the plug leads and caps.
clean / change the air filter.
if it is a carburetor type drain the carbs to get any cr4p out of the float bowl. also check that there is no water sitting in the bottom of the tank, petrol floats don't forget. (drain it totally dry then refill. )
is the fuel filter ok ? or could it do with renewing?
make sure the inlet stubs are ok and not cracked letting air in.
lastly, take all the connector blocks apart and WD40 them one at a time ( look in the blocks before rejoining them to see if there's any corrosion. )

thanks i will try this but the thing is it has only done 2200 miles i would of thought that all the inside of the bike should still be prity clean or could it just of been a faulty bike
