refund of parking ticket

i have won my appeal against a council who removed my car due to where it was parked ie they towed it away wrongly. they have been told to refund my monies. how long does it take to get the monies back and as i have other appeals going on and i do have one oustanding ticket can the council hold back the refund till the other issues are settled or do they treat all cases separately

Councils are very quick to deduct money from people, but work like "sloths" giving it back.

They wont hold back monies, each case individually assessed. But dont hold your breath for a quick reimbursement.
how the hell could you have won the appeal about your car being towed away,it only happened the other day.
