claiming motability car
is that how you spell it?
Any way, my mum gets full disability allowance and would like to use it to buy (or rent) a car.
I thought I'd heard somewhere that it takes all your disability allowance though. Is that true?
Also, who would she ring to found out what to do?
(she would rather speak to someone, than email!)
Thank you x

There's PDF files on that website that list the prices of motability cars. Not all the vehicles take the full disability allowance - it goes off car and engine size and other factors relating to whether your mum can drive the car or she would rely on someone to drive for her.
Also, have a good look through the Yellow Pages because all the major car dealers in your area should have a motability logo on their ads - they should have people to directly deal with motability packages.
