I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the ABers, and to the site itself for being there.
I have posted several questions in different categories over the last couple of years since finding the site, and all responders have either given me extremely good advice, or at the very least, a very big laugh!!
As an example, back on 22/5/08 I posted a question about lack of energy following a double mastectomy. The advice and support given by ABers was wonderful! I'm well on the road to recovery and am returning to work on Mon 22/9/08, one year and one day after the op! Much of my recovery can be put down to advice given.
I recommend your site to EVERYONE! telling them that ABers are a wonderful, understanding and often very humerous bunch!
Once again, MANY MANY THANKS TO ALL and keep up the good work!
I've not been here that long so can't take any credit for this one, but well done you on your recovery. it can't have been an easy time, but I'll bet that spirit helped you along.
Apart from the fact that we all get cabin fever on occasions, very rarely do people who need support go away empty handed from the AB or none of us would be here. It is a community of sorts and i am glad it has made a difference to you.
Wake up with a smile on your face on Monday, you obviously deserve it.
Don't know whether it's you guys and gals, or the thought of going back to see my oh so supportive managers!
I'll tell the to get a life, and to have a look at this site. It MIGHT change their attitudes and outlook to life as a whole! On the other hand, I might win the lottery..................
