i have a vauxhall vectra 1.8 LS dualfuel i have a problem with the power i can only go up to 4000 revs in neutral then once i hit the revs it starts to decrease slowly in revs at 1 stage i could only climb a slight hill in first gear and there is also a problem with my heating it blows out warm air on the off side and cold air of the nearside can anybody help please
