Iv mislaid my drivers lisence,Do i have to let the dvla no and also will i have to pay to get another one?If so how much will it cost?It must have dropped out of my purse so im hoping someone will send it back....

curiously and perversely, 'pretending' to have applied for a new one will not make the original one turn up.
