the heater in my ford mondeo mk2 1996 td estate i changed the motor fun and heater still not working when i turn the control knob from 1-4 nothing happens

could be the variable resistor has packed up

Check your Fuses alex, or if the unit is still out connect a test wire to the feed.

Is the heater motor spinning, or just no heat?

..... having re-read your question, i'll take it that the motor is NOT spinning.

check fuse box under dash to right of steering wheel first of all.
