Been on the dvla website to find my old car and found that it is of the road.
How do i find the owner of the vehicle??

You can't.
Anyone can pay �5 to the DVLA for the details or the current registered keeper, but they must have a very good reason, such as the car has been abandoned on private property or involved in an an uninsured incident.
Making a false declaration leads to a very hefty fine.
