buying a cat d car

i am thinking about buying an aston martin db9 convertable but it has got 165k on clock and is a cat d. they are only asking �15000.00 and it is a 55 plate. should i buy?

If �15,000 means little to you then buy it, if it means a lot to you then don't. You'd be surprised how unreliable Aston's (esp with 165k on the clock) can be.
I'm pleased to see that I'm not the only one who works hard to produce a quality answer - suitably matched to the quality of the initial question.
looked at an A M DB9 on Autotrader, it was 3 years old with 3 thousand miles and it was in showroom condition, never seen a wet road. Cost new �109K yours for �40k makes your cat d look very expensive.
