Since i've been little there's this one song i've always loved and never knew its' title nor artist can somebody help??It's a dance song from the early to mid 90s

THeres a girl singing " i feel good i feel joy and its all the same cuz you talk to me lioke lovers do" or something like that and then a guy with a really deep voice starts rapping kind of? im sorry the despcription isnt that great. Thanks anyway
