Motorbike Jacket

Last summer I saw someone with a motorbike jacket that basically looked like a long-sleeved string vest with pads.

I appreciate my description doesn't do it credit, but it looked good and seemed graet for hot weather.

Any ideas as to what make they are?

There are a lot of mesh jackets, but theyre highly coloured and dont look like string vests, maybe an inner jacket?
