Back Flushing the Radiator? Thermostat, If the oil has got into the water ways of the rad in turn that is stopping the flow of water through the system & can also bung up the thermostat.
TWR,
Yes I've flushed the system through, car seems to run fine no overheating whatsoever. I was thinking that about 4 months ago, her in doors hit a car from behind, bent the bonnet abit, maybe she has broken the oil cooler pipe some where. Looked in the haynes manual, it just says to drain the coolant and oil before removing the oil cooler, but where is it, could this be my problem ?
