Gamme Radiosat code needed for renault clio...

I have just had my clutch replaced on my '03 Renault clio and the radio is now asking for a code, i've tried typing in the code in my manual but it wont accept it and just says 'error' ... can anyone help???

what details do I need to give to find out the code???

the car reg is HJ03 KLS
