I was convicted of drink driving six years ago. I have recieved an offer for an LLB degree. I haven't disclosed to the university yet that I have this conviction but I am going too. Will I still be able to qualify and practice law in Scotland with a drink driving conviction. The circumstances of my conviction were I was routinely stopped on my way to work and found to be one point over the limit which I received a one year ban from driving and 300 fine.
