Course for cleaners dealing with sharps removal (dirty cleans)

Hi. I am thinking of setting up a cleaning service which will offer 'dirty cleans' in properties. This is cleaning houses where, for example, a drug addict may have committed suicide. Obviously, this is a specific type of clean, and my team would need to be specifically trained and vaccinated to deal with sharps removal, and able to deal safely with the discovery of contaminated needles etc. Can anyone please tell me where/whom I should approach to arrange training/certification. I am based in Scotland, although I would be willing to travel if necessary. Many thanks
