How worrying was it that so many people didn't recognise a basic road sign that they must see several times a day?

Judging by the way a lot of people drive, they would just ignore the speed limit anyway.

I was also flabbergasted by how many people didn't check their oil regularly!

I've never checked my oil.....wouldn't know how to....

wot are blokes for if not to sort the car - ffs, not too much to ask?

errrrrr........are seat belts compulsory?
It's easy craft......you get a man to do it :-)
Of course we do Zac....it's as fast as the car in front...!!
-- answer removed --
Then you guess....lol
If I were you craft I would be ashamed of that.

You do realise that means that your average 17 year old hot hatch knuckle-dragger with a dustbin exhaust and a backwards baseball cap is more knowledable than you!

Time to get the manual out of the glove compartment!
And how many people know that the national speed limit varies according to the type of vehicle being driven?
-- answer removed --
I knew that.
And varies according to the type of road.
-- answer removed --
And bear in mind, Zac that the speed limit applicable to any stretch of road is the maximum permitted, not the minimum that must be maintained.

Your earlier remark that people travelling at 50 or 40 in a national speed limit zone are idiots because they are travelling at less than the maximum permitted (even if their vehicle type allowed it) is somewhat insolent. They are simply driving at the speed they (not you) consider safe for the prevailing conditions. They are not therefore necessarily idiots, but merely cautious.
ffs jake...I only bought the car today......bloody men...at least I know how the washing machine works...
No you dont craft!
