As all driving instructors should have an ADI number is there any way of checking/verifying the pass rate that they advertise against this?

As an ex-driving instructor (retired 3 years ago) I can state that no such method of verifying pass rates existed when I was working. I don't know if there has been any changes since, but I would be very surprised if there has been any.
