After a short drive have a quick feel round about the wheels to make sure you dont have a brake binding on.Watch you dont burn yourself !
The second option is a dodgy radiator try a flush make sure its clear.
The third option is a faulty stat . Follow your top hose and look at where it joins the block.Your stat will be located in a housing at the end of the hose.You can either take it out and throw it away (not recommended)or replace it.Hope this helps
