Speeding V Due care??
Ok there's a road near me that has limits that change about every 200 yards it goes 30, 40, 50, 40, 50, 30 etc etc all the way along. Now driving along that I'm looking at the speedo more than the road! If I were to hit the car in front up the jaxy I'd no doubt get a due care conviction, so is it a defence to say you couldn't watch the road and the speedo at once! Seriously there is a growing body of evidence that suggests speed camera's etc are causing accidents!

When they first came out i know of one that was hidden behind a sign in a 30mph zone approaching a junction, (work the logic of that out),dozens of people got done many at 32 & 33 mph.
