4 yr old diesel mileage

Hi all..
Does anyone know if 128500 miles for a 4yr old diesel peugot estate with fsh is bad.. Or should this car still have plenty of mileage.

I would hazard that isnt good however depends on the mileage you are gonna do with it.

I bought an Audi years ago less than a year old with 90,000 on the clock -hence the reason i could afford it and it was brilliant and didnt give us any bother at all.

Sometimes the low mileage ones arent the best as the engines arent being used to capacity.

Swings and roundabouts -weigh up your mileage and the price then make a decision -FSH has to bea plus as it has been looked after plus diesels are hardy -I have one.

Hi vics, i have a peugeot 306 diesel. and its do 168000
on the clock and it still run like new, service them regulary and you will have no problems with it. i service mine every 9000miles. diesel last ;long than petrol engine's
i have be a mechinic for 25years,

thanks guys.. i wont be doing massis of miles, just need it for a family runaround. Its on for 4000... does this sound excessive to you?
If it's a 407, the price is average for this model, Mech29 is right these things will run forever, IF they have been well serviced.
