clutch replacement on Vauxhall corsa

I have been told I need a full clutch replacement for my vauxhall corsa. At the Vauxhall garage they have quoted me �400 to get it changed.


Just wondering if that sounds right or not or where I can get it done cheaper.

Main dealer are always more expensive. You could try independant garages such as Mr Clutch they might be cheaper. Or try Europarts-buy the clutch and have a garage fitted for you for the cost of labour. 
It seems very steep to me, get the phone book out and try others as Starscream suggests. Even Kwikfit or Charlie Brown's are probably cheaper than Vauxhall! Good luck!
�400 seems very dear even by main dealer standards. Ring round and get a few more quotes, I would expect to pay approx �150 - 180.
