Sqadlet has called me, indirectly on another thread, a sad pathetic loser for an extra-marital sh@g. And Sara too.... just cos we admitted to having been on a dating site at some point. And, may I add, in my case - to quite some success.
Now a sizeable majority of participants on dating sites may well indeed be after an extra-marital dalliance or be pathetic for whatever reason - but that is not to say everyone who has been on such a site is. Anyone else agree?
Sqad - I am dismayed :-(((((

I do not agree that anyone who uses dating sites is sad or pathetic in any way. If married people are using them to meet people for extra marital affairs then that could be seen as immoral....and unfair on the people they meet who are probably expecting to get a long term relationship from their membership of such sites.

salla....trouble maker..............you and sara have misconstrued my remarks and you both know it.
You yourself have just admitted...."Now a sizeable majority of participants on dating sites may well indeed be after an extra-marital dalliance"................."a sizeable majority."
vibra.....obviously sara and salla

tambo....I wish.
Any man, with time and with the help of Dating Sites can have a team of women, from High Wycombe in the south to Preston in the North, the Wirral to the West and Knottingly to the East who would agree to a dalliance if given ample time.
Less, desirable women would be put "on the bench", not in the first team, who would be willingly to stanome married, some widowed and some single.
Where is this moral Utopia with emotion and love that you all talk about? I am talking about the UK in 2009
