Does anyone remember a T.V. advert from the 1960's or 1970's where a woman was pushing a pram along a road and stopped in front of a wall with the Lord Kitchener poster "Your Country needs you" from the First World War on it?

The hand then reaches into the pram to get the baby. It used to scare me senseless but nobody I know seems to remember it. Maybe I'm going nuts!
