There is a pipe underneath the rear of the foot panel bit, does anyone know what it s for, it is like a sort of corrugated pipe if you know what i mean, kind of ridged. It has split and when i start the bikes engine, it sounds like it is getting too much air into the system and making a sort of popping sound. I want to replace it but i don't know where it leads to and how difficult it would be to change. Any help appreciated. :-)

Hi, Google the make of your bike, get the parts dep/Diagrams & take it from there, can you not tape it with exhaust Mtal tape & wire it? that would solve the problem for a while.
