There is a play on my steerring in my Corsa auto

Can someone tell me what to do about a slight play in my steering . Its corsa auto hatch 2002 model
Is it pure garage job? How much does it cost?

That's ridiculous ... CV joints? They are on the driveshaft!

It's likely to be Track Rod End(s) which are pretty cheap to do ... even on your drive..... or poss
Play in steering rack. It is possible to have wear in a wheel bearing and not hear it, but have play. Unlikely tho. These are dearer to do, as more of a stripdown is required. Steering rack would be on an exchange basis at a Motor Factors .. unless you like blowing big money at the main dealer!
