I have 3 points on my licence from a speeding offence dating back to March 2002. When are these due to come back off?

It used to be 3 years, making it March of this year. Got a feeling though it's crept up to 4 now though?

Yep and you have to inform your inurance company for 5 years

It used to be 5 years before you could apply to the DVLA to have them removed. Legally they cease to be valid after 4 years. As has been mentioned, Insurance companies are now interested in anything speed related for 5 years.
