Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic manual instruciton guide on web?

When I purchased my Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic phone it has manual with basic instructions. Can't find on web a fully explained manual instruction guide - is there one? Want to learn how to use download music, email, web, etc, etc on the phone

When looking for a contact, it offers letters of the alphabet but they are white background with grey letters making it a guessing game of which one I select. This is one of may problems I have with the phone, so would appreciate if there was a manual instruction online.

In televisions what does 50 hertz mean compared to 100 hertz and does this make a big difference when your going to buy it

Can I ask you something unrelated ...? What do u think of your sat nav system on phone
and go on nokia mobile website will be on there pretty sure of it

Haven't quite mastered that either! Did 'my position' and it showed me 109km away from where I was (in my home!).
