Off to bed now. Night night everyone.
I'm having a glass of wine - still the same glass I was drinking earlier.

Night. x
Nighty : )
I have just scoffed a jar of cockles, night Bakers ♥
It's gone straight to my head, btw. :-))))
Are you drinking it upside down NOM I do that to cure hiccups.
Cockles mamya, doesn't that give you a fishy aftertaste all night ? (I wonder if I should be asking this...LOL) I am having a nice cup of herbal tea.
Nightcap BAKERS DOZEN? Good grief in this day of high blood pressure, heart disease obesity and other health problems I left eating junk food at night a longtime ago. I shall be sleeping slightly hungry and will be going for a brisk power walk in the morning on an empty stomach to burn extra calories.
How very noble mr rubix, I wish I had such good intentions. I slob around on here all night, go to bed, get up and go to Tesco's.
People who seek to burn extra calories usually carry extra weight to begin with...
Vodka and diet lemonade for me.
Boxtops It's all about strong will, belief in yourself and self preservation. 2 years ago I was involved in a terrible car crash that killed the other 4 occupants. I myself was in a coma for many months and was told I would never walk again. Now I run aprox 30 miles a week and go to the gym 3 times a week and have never felt more alive. If I can do this then anyone can.
Nom who the hell are you to judge me?
If that is so, mr rubix, then I can understand your making the most of every day. Sometimes it takes a traumatic experience to wake people up to life being good, and not wasting opportunities.
Thank you boxtops. Yes before I felt I wasted my life and even now I regret those lost years and sometimes think that even though Im trying to make up for lost time It's not enough especially with the guilt I carry but I have to go on and hopefully will reach a time in my life one day when I feel happy again.
I am about to go out to dinner as it is 6.30 pm here in Trinidad (where I am working for 10 days).
Are you from Trinidad Grasscarp? Or just a working holiday?
I envy you grasscarp. Enjoy your dinner and your holiday.
O wow grasscarp, is it nice?
mr rubix, I believe it is common to feel guilty about survival in those circumstances - people who survive plane crashes etc, I hear, feel the same. I hope you have had access to counselling.... if you felt you needed it.
Thank you boxtops I have been, but as you can tell I still carry the cross but I feel better than I did so healing is happening slowly.
