Early removal of driving licence disqualification
Having been refused today by the courts on my third attempt of early removal of my driving disqualification, i thought i would pass on my recommendations to those who might be going through the same procedure.
1. Always wear a suit. Anything else is not viewed as appropriate court appearance attire
2. Make sure you bring letters of character reference to give to the magistrates. These definitely go in your favour
3. Express remorse for your actions that got you arrested in the first place even though they happened a while back.
4. You must give at least 3 good reasons to the court why they should consider early removal. Walking everywhere isn't a good reason
5. Make eye contact with the magistrates and speak clearly and slowly
