Whats the Best Phone to Get??

I am due an upgrade in the next few weeks.

Whats the best phone to get? I wouldn't mind one with a decent Satnav.. Do any phones have a satnav on it that tells you which lanes to go in etc..

Or, am i just as well to get a phone, plus a satnav seperately?
