you're lucky. the front drive ones are a pain, we all  hide when one comes in. it's all pretty basic stuff, remove the dust cap in the centre of the hub, this reveals the hub nut. once the nut is undone the hub/ disc assembly should slide off the stub axle but a sharp clout from behind will help. from memory, the bolts go into the disc from the hub, unbolt these and again a quick tap with a hammer will seperate the two. the disc will shatter if hit too hard but sometimes it's the only way. watch out for the bits!! finally replace any locking devices you find on the strip down, nylock nuts , split pins etc. really can't think of any special tools except to say that the hub nut is around 36 mm spanner size. good luck!
