Is there a simple way to check the inner tyre pressures when the vehicle has double rear wheels?

Does it involve crawling about underneath?

The inside wheel should have a valve extension which pokes through one of the holes in the wheel rim, so that you don't have to grovel on the floor. The can be straight plastic (as I use on my truck), straight brass or flexi hoses which are secured by  a clip to the wheel rim. Of course, when you last had a tyre fitted, the extensions may have been left off, in which case ignore this answer and grovel on the floor!!
If you have ever noticed the air hoses on garage forecourts the coupling has 2 ends, and on a car it's almost impossible to connect the second end to the valve, this end is designed to fit the OUTER wheel of double wheeled vehicles, as the valve is facing the wrong way, you would put the end trhough and pull bakc to connect ti to the valve, and the other end fits on normal valves and the extension for hte INNER wheel
