Is it possible to replace original front light bulbs with xenon ones?

Either straight replacement bulbs

The HID upgrades would be illegal without a few expensive modifications to the car though.
Not without a great deal of expense. Find a donor car and swap everything over. Some need self levelling suspension to use them.
They don't need self leveling suspension, they need links to the front and rear axles that are connected to an actuator that sends a signal to electric motors that move the beam up or down so as not to dazzle oncoming vehicles.

you would need 2 new headlamps with these features

They also need high power headlamp washers that effectivly keep the lenses clean to stop scatter dazzle.
