Any modern multigrade is sufficient.  Of course you could pay for the expensive latest offerings of Castrol GTX etc.!  Your engine isn't really high performance and as long as you don't go round thrashing it/high revs then you don't need a specialist oil.  Go to your local car spares specialist and have a look at what's on offer.  You can spend a lot less than 10 for 5 litres of oil.
use the best oil you can afford. Oil plays a vital role in keeping your car healthy and running well.
Also, if you use your car for short journeys then avoid the more expensive oils since they have an additive in them that can actually cause sludge if you don't run it up to temperature.  Was always a problem with Castrol GTX 2/3.
